Microsoft’s business intelligence tool turns data into accessible and actionable insights, so you can make more informed decisions when it comes to events, marketing, prospecting, lead scoring, and more.
Cost:
Free connector: No cost
Deluxe connector: $4,000 per year
Requirements:
Must download and configure Microsoft Power BI for Desktop before starting this step.

Closed Captioning

EventBuilder’s closed captioning services are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Microsoft aims for Level AA accessibility compliance. To stay compliant, recorded and live webinars must include captions. Plus, closed captioning makes your virtual events accessible to everyone, including participants with disabilities, which is the right thing to do.
Cost:
Ordered on a per-event basis for $300 for a 1-hour live event in English.
Additional live language services for French, Spanish, and Portuguese are available.
Over 40 languages available for recorded content.
Requirements:
Must be ordered 5 days before the scheduled start time. If ordering in less than 5 days before the event, (extra fees will apply).
Setup:
Closed captioning can be ordered in your EventBuilder portal under “Event Details.” You will receive further instructions directly from our Care team via email to set up closed captioning in the system.
