What is my role when I outsource event management to EventBuilder?

We’ll consult with you about your needs and when you would like to deliver your event. Tell us what you envision! Through discovery questions, we’ll learn about you, your organization, and what you hope to accomplish. Questions may include: How complex is your event? What type of content will you be presenting? Will you need security? Will you need marketing and promotion tools? We’ll take the time to get to know you and tailor your event around your objectives.

Our event services professionals work with you every step of way: before, during, and after the event. Basically, EventBuilder handles all the details, so you can focus on securing exciting presenters and creating engaging content. 

We’ll communicate with you, listen to your feedback, and even take care of scheduling a tech run-through/rehearsal. All you have to do is show up for the run-through and then deliver that fantastic content you had time to create.

Are you able to manage larger events, like virtual summits and conferences?

Absolutely. We help you create and coordinate your conference. We’ll even help you manage multiple conference tracks, breakout rooms, and keynote production. We can do the heavy lifting for you.

Can you customize events with our branding and specifications?

Absolutely! We’ll collaborate with you and implement your plan for branding, registration questions, attendee communications, attendee engagement strategies, managing the live event, post-event survey design, custom reporting, and report delivery. We’ll help you build it, and attendees will come.

Do you manage Town Hall Events?

Yes. We’ve been working with the increasingly popular Microsoft Town Hall since it debuted. We have experience creating, designing, and managing this feature for your broadcast-style events, including presenter access, tech support, event moderation, and post-event follow-up.

Is live, in-event technical support for attendees and presenters included?

Yes. We will never leave you and your event attendees out in the cold when it comes to event technology. Event Producers are available before your event begins to welcome your presenters, troubleshoot any presentation tech issues, greet your guests, provide introductions for your presenters, and assist attendees who are experiencing technical problems. This way, you and your presenters can continue without interruption while we help get an attendee back up and running. We also have behind-the-scenes technical and customer care with 24/5 support. We’re surrounding you with the help you need when you need it.

Does EventBuilder have experience with event security and privacy?

EventBuilder is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (Security Information Management System) and ISO/IEC 27701:2019 (Privacy Information Management System) certified. That means we have technical controls, policies, and procedures in place to protect data and personal information. 

Our event software integrates seamlessly with Town Hall and Teams webinar, providing security options for both based on your needs. Whether you want to set up an Allowlist/Denylist, a manual registration approval, or other choices, such as promo code access and email verification, we can offer assurance that your security concerns will be met with careful consideration and implementation, both before and during the live event.

Do you provide reporting and analytics?

Yes! You communicate to us what data you would like to collect, and we will design your registration pages, polls, and surveys around your specifications. Post-event, we can provide reports, including event summaries, attendance summaries, event messages/chat records, and more.

How do you address event accessibility?

EventBuilder is committed to accessibility and removing barriers to participation. We are WCAG 2.1 AA-compliant, meeting ADA and Section 508 standards, and we scan our products quarterly to maintain and improve compliance. Our registrant and attendee-facing products, such as registration pages, streaming console, and listing/search pages are all coded for mobile and web accessibility. We offer both live and automated closed captioning, post-event transcript audits, and live event support, and our Care team is available 24/5 for additional assistance.
