How do I change my plan?

Simply email us at care@eventbuilder.com and one of our Customer Care Team members will connect and guide you through. 

Will I be charged tax?

EventBuilder will adhere to all laws as governed by your municipality including taxation.

How can I cancel my paid subscription?

We would be sorry to see you go! We understand needs change sometimes, but we strive to give you the best possible experience with us, even when we have to say goodbye. To cancel, email care@eventbuilder.com and we will help you through the process.

What happens to my data when I cancel my account?

EventBuilder retains data for 30 days. It is then deleted, irrevocably.

Whom do I contact if I have a billing question?

Email your request to care@eventbuilder.com

My account lapsed. How do I reactivate it?

Email your request to hello@eventbuilder.com and we will happily reinstate your account at whatever subscription level you desire. Please be aware that EventBuilder irrevocably deletes your account data after 30 days of lapsing or being cancelled. Outside of that time window we cannot retrieve your past data.

Does EventBuilder offer reporting integrations?

Yes! There are two options to connect to Microsoft Power BI. There is a Free Connector that brings event-level data into your Power BI dashboard and a Deluxe Connector that includes Registrant data.
